Position Summary
Reporting to the Global Chief Financial Officer and partnering with the President, K-C North America (KCNA), the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, KCNA (CFO, KCNA) is a senior finance leader accountable for financial performance, strategy execution, and value creation across the North American business. The CFO, KCNA has full accountability for all financial operations of KCNA, a $11.2B segment that is made up of Baby & Child Care, Adult & Feminine Care, Consumer Tissue, and Professional, supported by an end-to-end North American supply chain.
During a period of significant transformation, this leader will be responsible for shaping the operating and financial model, defining scalable finance capabilities, and ensuring KCNA is positioned to operate as a high‑performing business with clear value‑creation priorities, strong governance, and disciplined capital allocation. This leader will partner closely with enterprise leadership to translate complexity into a coherent strategy, durable operating model, and clear financial narratives that support sustainable growth, margin expansion, and long‑term value creation.
The CFO, KCNA owns financial performance, planning and forecasting, cash flow, controls, governance, and enterprise stewardship—while serving as a strategic business partner to the President and leadership team. Beyond financial stewardship, this leader is expected to shape strategy, drive transformation, optimize capital allocation and commercial investment, and deliver disciplined insights that enable high‑quality decision‑making. This role is highly visible, sits squarely in the Global CFO succession pipeline, and plays a critical role in shaping and delivering KCNA’s near- and long-term business agenda.
The CFO, KCNA is accountable for financial performance and value creation across the North American portfolio, serving as a critical strategic partner to the President, KCNA and the Global CFO. This leader operates as both financial steward and business architect, shaping strategy, driving transformation, and building a durable organization positioned for long‑term success.

Salary Range: 317,580 – 410,540 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
