Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Finance Manager – Corporate FP&A to lead forecast consolidation, support quarterly and annual planning, and provide strategic financial insights from the Dallas World Headquarters. The role partners with the Associate Finance Director, Enterprise FP&A, across multiple functions to drive accurate forecasts and timely reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Analysis, Treasury, or related finance functions.
  • Strong understanding of the full financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Proven experience building, consolidating, and analyzing enterprise-level or corporate-wide financial forecasts and P&Ls.
  • Ability to validate financial assumptions, reconcile data, and ensure accuracy of reporting in a highly visible environment.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating financial information into clear business insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify financial risks, opportunities, and key business drivers through analytical thinking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across multiple functions, business units, regions, and finance teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables that require both timeliness and accuracy.
  • High degree of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering error-free financial outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Forecast consolidation and Anaplan forecast consolidation processes.
  • Validate core forecast assumptions and ensure accuracy of forecast reporting.
  • Engage with BU and Corporate teams for coordination and timely communication.
  • Identify forecast process improvement opportunities and manage enhancements.
  • Deliver insights and analysis to leadership with the Associate Finance Director, FP&A.
  • Lead monthly management reports and analyses for quarters and months.
  • Support quarterly earnings/IR materials and the CFO earnings binder.
  • Lead FX and other ad-hoc analyses and coordinate FX monthly forecasts with Treasury.
  • Monitor FX impact on business and provide timely updates.
  • Prepare executive communication materials and support leadership reports.

The Finance Manager – Corporate FP&A will play a key role in supporting the quarterly forecast, and annual and strategic business planning process. This role reports the Associate Finance Director, Enterprise FP&A, and is located in the Dallas World Headquarters.

  • Lead Forecast consolidation
  • Own Anaplan forecast consolidation process (supporting quarterly forecast, Annual Business Plan, and Strategic Business Plan processes)
  • Validate key forecast assumptions and ensure accuracy of forecast reporting
  • Closely engage with BU and Corporate teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely communication
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and manage forecast process improvement efforts
  • Work closely with the Associate Finance Director, FP&A to deliver insights and analysis to leadership
  • Support quarter / month-end analysis of actuals: Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports and other analytics
  • Support the quarterly earnings / IR process, including the CFO earnings binder
  • Lead FX and other ad-hoc analysis
  • Be the single point of contact on Fx monthly forecast process (coordinating with Treasury)
  • Closely monitor impact of Fx to K-C’s business and provide timely updates
  • Lead other ad-hoc analysis, including analyzing key financial drivers/trends to identify risks and opportunities and develop a point view on the financial outlook
  • Support of executive communication materials
  • Work closely with broader Enterprise FP&A team in supporting executive communication to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within multinational organizations, including exposure to global operations and foreign exchange (FX) impacts.
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes in large corporate environments.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership, including preparing materials, reports, or analyses for senior finance leaders.
  • Experience with Anaplan, SAP, or other enterprise planning and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Background leading process improvements, strengthening controls, or enhancing financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Salary Range: 105 740 – 130 620 USD

Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
