Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology, product, and design leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the creation and review of business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Enhance financial planning and forecasting by providing timely and accurate data.
• Monitor headcount, infrastructure, and vendor and other non-labor expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain technology headcount forecasting models with regular updates.
• Lead reviews of headcount, financial, and location strategies, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with HR and finance teams to gather inputs, validate data, and adjust models as needed.
• Design and produce comprehensive reporting tools and monthly reporting packets.
• Audit and improve reporting processes, identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.
• Lead and manage ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives, supporting execution and performance improvements.
