You’ll build relationships with introducing brokers, commercial entities, and global accounts while representing a trusted name in clearing services. What You Will Do

• Drive new business and expand client relationships across diverse accounts.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
• Represent Phillip Capital, Inc. at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless client onboarding.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and brand growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Series 3 or ability to pass the test within 90 days of start date.
• 3+ years' experience working in the futures or securities industry with a successful business development track record.
• Experience with trading platforms, such as CQG, CTS, TT, and Rithmic.
• Good understanding of Introducing Broker (IBs) and Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) business models.
• Ability to travel periodically as required (domestic and international).
• Strong communication and analytic skills.
• Proven track record of futures sales experience.
• Necessary traits: Absolute integrity, strong sense of ownership, energy, initiative, detail oriented, solid communication skills, and ability to learn from mistakes.
