Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD/Masters or Bachelor's in a quantitative field with strong math background.
• 7+ years applying data science and ML to business problems.
• Proficient in Python, Java, C/C++ and ML toolkits.
• Experience with NLP, GenAI, and large language models.
• Experience deploying models on AWS and in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives and programs across the org.
• Define problem statements and execution roadmaps with product teams.
• Develop state-of-the-art ML models for NLP, personalization, or recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and tech to deploy AI solutions.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines and productionize models for diverse use cases.
• Work with stakeholders to translate data insights into decisions.
• Communicate progress and results to senior leaders.
