Job summary

Hw3 Llc is seeking a Vice President of AI Governance to design and operationalize the enterprise AI governance framework across AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and analytics. You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Cybersecurity while building governance processes and controls.

You will lead development of intake, risk assessment, gating, and lifecycle governance, including monitoring, remediation, and retirement of AI solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across AI governance, data governance, model risk, technology risk, or related governance disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI governance processes in enterprise environments.
• Direct experience supporting AI/GenAI initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, or advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI, model, data, and operational risks, with the ability to translate policies into practical controls.
• Experience working across business and technology teams within a regulated industry; banking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with governance tooling, model registries, monitoring platforms, and cloud data/AI ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
