The job:
  • Drive strategic business development efforts to expand the firms transportation practice, securing high‑value opportunities and strengthening relationships
  • Lead and oversee complex transportation projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and schedule expectations
  • Maintain and grow trusted client relationships while guiding capture strategies, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Provide technical oversight and uphold engineering standards across multidisciplinary teams
  • Marketing team provides support
  • Compensation: $200,000-$255,000 approximate range.
