Job summary

Metric Geo seeks a Vice President to provide executive leadership across its Heavy Civil and infrastructure construction operations, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. This is a senior role in a dominant general contractor in North America.

The position entails ownership of P&L, development of client and public-agency relationships, and leadership of Directors and Project Executives to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Demonstrated success leading a business unit with full P&L accountability.
• Strong executive presence and strategic relationship-building skills.
