Job summary

Metric Geo seeks a Vice President to provide executive leadership across Heavy Civil and infrastructure construction operations, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. This is a premier opportunity with a dominant general contractor footprint in North America.

The role requires owning P&L, guiding senior teams, and building high-level relationships with clients and public agencies while steering business development to advance company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Demonstrated success leading a business unit with full P&L accountability.
• Strong executive presence and strategic relationship-building skills.
