Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct departmental clinical services and oversee clinical operations across inpatient, emergency, consultation-liaison, outpatient, addiction, and interventional psychiatry.
• Lead strategic planning, process improvement, and academic integration across BIDMC and the BILH network.
• Shape the department's clinical strategy across multiple settings and ensure alignment with system priorities and standards of care.
• Provide ongoing clinical care consistent with departmental needs and the candidate’s expertise; participate in the Executive Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with chairs, service chiefs, and leaders across BIDMC and affiliated hospitals to align psychiatric clinical strategy.
