• Lead three diagnostic sections in Milwaukee as Vice Chair of Anatomic Pathology.
• Oversee diagnostic services across surgical pathology, cytopathology, and autopsy pathology.
• Support and enhance residency and fellowship training programs.
• Mentor faculty and foster academic and professional development.
• Encourage faculty research in translational and clinical research with grant development support.
• Participate in medical student education and curriculum development initiatives.
