Job summary

AESSEAL Inc. is seeking a Vibration Field Technician to collect vibration, ultrasonic, and IR data on machinery at various sites. You will upload data, maintain databases, and generate reports while working independently after training.

The role requires travel 3–4 days per week, weekend work as needed, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates are 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and can pass MSHA Part 48, First Aid, and Vibration Analysis ISO Category I certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel 3-4 days per week with overnight stays.
• Able to travel or work on weekends.
• No physical restrictions to perform duties.
• Able to pass random drug testing and criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass MSHA Part 48 training.
• Must pass First Aid course.
• Must pass Vibration Analysis ISO Category I course.

Responsibilities

• Collect vibration, ultrasonic, and IR data on machinery at job sites.
• Upload data and maintain customer database.
• Work independently after training phase is complete.
• Use best judgement for decision making.
• Maintain communication with management and data analyst about on-site changes or customer needs.
• Generate reports on the latest monitored equipment.
• Collect and update information on customer monitored assets for reports.
• Collect oil samples and arrange shipment for analysis laboratory.
• Office tasks using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Adhere to SAFETY rules (LOCKOUT/TAGOUT) and handle hazards.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.
