Kemper Industrial is seeking an on-site Field Data Technician to support vibration-based condition monitoring across plant sites. You will travel to installations, collect data on pumps, motors and compressors, and document machine health in clear, actionable reports.

You will present diagnostics and maintenance recommendations to plant managers, engineering teams, and maintenance staff, contributing to reliable operation and reduced downtime.

Qualifications

• Deep practical knowledge of rotating equipment design, operation and failure modes.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with vibration collection hardware and diagnostic software systems.
• Ability to safely navigate industrial plants, wear PPE, and carry data collection instruments.
