Job summary
IVC Technologies, the nation’s leading predictive maintenance provider, seeks a full-time certified Vibration Analyst based in the Kansas City, KS area. You will diagnose machinery issues, perform on-site and remote analyses, and communicate findings to clients with a proactive, professional approach.
The role includes travel within the region, strong emphasis on safety, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Certification in Vibration Analysis from a recognized industry body.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on troubleshooting using vibration analysis.
- Infrared, Oil analysis, and other PDM techniques certifications are assets.
- Good understanding of machinery operation in an industrial setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple predictive maintenance programs across facilities.
- Schedule on-site visits based on service frequencies.
- Analyze data with handheld instruments and software.
- Conduct remote analysis where wireless systems are deployed.
- Maintain vibration databases per IVC/client standards.
- Identify and diagnose mechanical failure modes.
- Prepare and distribute reports per IVC standards.
- Communicate findings professionally to customers.
