Job summary

IVC Technologies is seeking a full-time certified Vibration Analyst based in the St. Louis, MO area to diagnose machinery issues and communicate findings professionally. The role involves traveling within the region to service industrial facilities and manage multiple predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Certification in Vibration Analysis from a recognized industry body.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on troubleshooting using vibration analysis.
• Certifications in Infrared, Oil Analysis, and other PDM techniques are an asset.
• Good understanding of machinery operation in an industrial setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple predictive maintenance programs across facilities.
• Schedule on-site visits in line with contract service frequencies.
• Analyze data using handheld instruments and specialized software.
• Conduct remote analysis where wireless systems are deployed.
• Maintain vibration databases per IVC and client standards.
• Identify and diagnose mechanical failure modes and report findings.
