Applied Technical Services, LLC in Cheshire, OH seeks a Level II or III Vibration Analyst to join Reliability Testing Services LLC. The position is full-time and local or relocation is required, reporting to the Reliability Engineering teams for testing programs and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities include conducting vibration tests, reviewing customer specs, and maintaining QA-compliant records. Prior infrared and data-collection experience are a plus. U.S. export controls apply.

Formación

We are currently seeking a full-time resident Level II or III Vibration Analyst for our subsidiary company, Reliability Testing Services LLC. This resident position is located in Cheshire, OH. Must be local or willing to relocate.

Level II or III Vibration Analyst will work with the Reliability Engineering teams to:

• Infrared experience a plus
• Offline Motor Testing Experience a plus
• Experience with data collection
• Conduct vibration testing programs for a variety of equipment in the facilities
• Perform testing, as required, to meet deadlines and workload requirements
• Review customer specifications to support testing
• Keep accurate record of all testing and strictly follow internal QA policies
• Perform data collection activities as directed

Qualifications: Requirements - Technical

• Level II or III Vibration certification
• Experience with CSI Vibration data collector and Emerson software a plus.
• Experience with Emerson Software a plus.
• Level 1 IR certification a plus

Work Conditions:

• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
• Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man-baskets, etc.
• Work in confined spaces which will require crawling, stooping, climbing, etc.
• Work in around operating equipment and industrial environments.
• Work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals, etc.
• Work shifts up to 12 hours/day and 7 days/week and travel for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds.
