Job summary

You will set up and clean up, host parties and lead activities, assist with check-in, attend training sessions, respond to emergencies, maintain party areas, enforce rules, and arrange substitutes if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; high school diploma or GED desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certifications desirable.
• Must maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods.
• Ability to work with attention to detail; stand for long periods.
• Customer service and strong communication skills desirable.
• Ability to set up and take down bounce houses without assistance.
• Must be able to work weekends, weeknights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and cleans up birthday parties.
• Hosts birthday parties and leads activities for children.
• Assist party participants with check in and ensure guests are satisfied with their visit.
• Attends all training sessions and scheduled meetings.
• Responds quickly and professionally to emergencies; completes necessary paperwork.
• Assists with general maintenance/upkeep of party areas.
• Enforces all rules and notifies staff of inappropriate behavior.
• Makes arrangements for a qualified substitute if unable to attend work.
