Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant/music hall environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Ability to engage in positive interaction with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure comfortable atmosphere in the room.
• Assist and support restaurant staff in their job functions.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Interact directly with server trainers and trainees.
• Ensure service meets HOB standards.
