Brightview Senior Living seeks a Vibrant Living Assistant for our Wellspring Village, caring for residents with dementia and cognitive needs. You will help plan and run engaging activities across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming to keep residents connected and fulfilled.

You will organize events, encourage participation, and share daily happenings to celebrate the community’s vibrancy and joy every day.

Formación

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Talents like singing, dancing, art, poetry, history or trivia are encouraged.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential.
• Active Driver's license in good standing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Get to know residents to tailor spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.
• Assist in organizing and running activities like games, painting, singing, and music.
• Encourage participation in activities and programs.
• Share highlights of daily events via social media, email or newsletters.
