Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Wakefield, MA is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, engaging life through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

You will plan and run events, promote community activities, and assist with daily enrichment tasks. Some shifts may involve driving residents to events (21+), and you'll help set up and break down activities.

Qualifications

• You have an active Driver's license in good standing. Healthcare, Hospitality, Activities, Activity Assistant, Event Planning, Life Enrichment, Programming Assistant, Recreation

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional areas.
• Promote and communicate upcoming events and activities.
• Participate in activities; help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music events.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Residents aged 21+ may occasionally be driven by the company vehicle to events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
