Job summary

Brightview Senior Living seeks a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, vibrant life through a variety of activities and programming. You will learn residents’ interests, support event planning, and help run programs that stimulate physical, cultural, intellectual, and emotional well-being.

You will participate in organizing events, training new team members, and may occasionally drive residents to events.

Qualifications

• Able to quickly connect with residents and learn about them.
• Encourage residents to participate through singing, dancing, art, poetry, or trivia.
• Require an active driver's license in good standing.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high energy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement engaging activities across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.
• Help organize and run community events and activities for vibrant living.
• Assist in managing the Volunteer program and event logistics.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events and trainings.
• Provide training for Vibrant Living Assistants.

At Brightview Senior Living, the Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping our residents live an active, vibrant life!

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities and programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
• Participate in activities. Residents love games, lectures, poetry, painting and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Assist with the management of our Volunteer program.
• Those 21 years of age or older may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Provide training for our Vibrant Living Assistants.
  
  

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
