Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help plan and execute engaging activities for residents, from games and lectures to poetry and painting. You’ll support volunteers and may occasionally drive residents to events, leveraging your energy and creativity to keep residents active and connected.

Ideal candidates connect well with people, bring creativity, and hold an active driver's license.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Talent in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia.
• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Active driver's license in good standing.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, activities, event planning, or recreation roles.

Responsibilities

At Brightview Senior Living, the Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping our residents live an active, vibrant life!

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities and programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
• Participate in activities. Residents love games, lectures, poetry, painting and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Assist with the management of our Volunteer program.
• Those 21 years of age or older may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Provide training for our Vibrant Living Assistants.

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
