Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking an energetic Bartender to mix and serve drinks and assist with food service. You will follow Applebee’s recipes, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of bar experience, are 21 or older, and possess strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails. Flexible availability, strong customer service, and a confident, outgoing demeanor are a must.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bartending or similar experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails.
• Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and a confident, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and taking orders.
• Adhere to local and national liquor laws.
• Mix and serve drinks according to Applebee’s recipes.
• Take payments promptly using QR code or POS.
• Maintain a clean and safe bar area and restock as needed.
• Support service by presenting food when required and assisting teammates.
