Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a bar or similar environment

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails
• Ability to stand or be mobile for extended periods (4+ hours) and lift up to 20 pounds
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Excellent customer service and a confident demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by interacting verbally in a friendly manner
• Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
• Mix and serve drinks following Applebee’s recipes
• Greet guests, take orders and answer questions
• Process payments using QR code or POS
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use bar tools efficiently to minimize waste and control costs
• Restock products at shift start/end and prepare garnishes
