• Ensure alcohol service complies with age restrictions (21+).
• Handle payments following cash procedures.
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and accountability.
• Develop an efficient bar pace and strong member relations.
• Perform bar opening and closing procedures and keep area clean.
• Log special requests and report complaints to F&B Managers.
• Protect establishment and guests by adhering to company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
