You’ll manage activity sessions, plan budgets, and coordinate with local performers, contributing to a vibrant home life that supports wellbeing and social connection.

Qualifications

• You're a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork, effectively managing priorities as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Coordinate with community performers for days out/events.
• Arrange one-to-ones with residents for reminiscence, reading or tea chats.
• Support home social media channels as required.
