Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Christian commitment and adherence to IWU Lifestyle Statement.
• Master's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 10+ years launching, scaling, and leading programs and initiatives.
• Experience with diverse external partners and cross-sector collaboration.
• Background in ministry, churches, or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch of VIA Journeys, pilots, workflows, and experiences.
• Translate strategy into executable plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive pilots, scalability while preserving quality and trust.
• Coordinate technical and platform work with Lantern and Seminary systems.
• Engage partners and participants for feedback and continuous improvement.
• Define and track metrics; provide dashboards and insights to leadership.
