Job Purpose

The candidate will work in the Epoxy Via Fill department, focusing on working with Peters, Tayio, and San Ei epoxies.

Responsibilities

• Follow vendor recommendations for baking epoxy.
• Bake panels, perform via fill, cure epoxy, touch up via fill, planarize, and inspect panels.
• Tape the edges of panels and prepare them for the via fill process.
• Ability to planarize products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the PCB industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with Sanmina systems is preferred.

Salary Range

$39,520.00 - $45,760.00 annually. Actual pay will depend on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO, and possibly stock units and bonuses.
