Job Purpose

The candidate will work in the Epoxy Via Fill department, handling Peters, Tayio, and San Ei epoxies.

Responsibilities

1. Follow vendor recommendations for baking epoxy.
2. Bake panels, perform via fill, cure epoxy, touch up via fill, planarize, and inspect panels.
3. Tape edges of panels and prepare them for the via fill process.
4. Ability to planarize products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the PCB industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with Sanmina systems is preferred.

Salary Range

$39,520.00 - $45,760.00 annually. Actual pay will depend on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO, and potential eligibility for stock units and bonuses.
