Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. This role requires a rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, and a valid FAA medical certificate.

The position includes a 7/7 schedule and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with potential retention bonuses and housing at many locations. The successful candidate will work with a medical team to transport patients securely and efficiently, maintain aircraft readiness, and comply with all regulatory

Formación

• Current FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate is required.
• Helicopter instrument rating and FAA Class II Medical Certificate are mandatory.
• Total flight hours exceed 2,000 with substantial helicopter time.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities with a medical team.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FAR/Med-Trans rules.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Facilitate shift changes to the next pilot and team following protocol.

• Up to 27% geographic modifier, depending on location

• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMTC and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements (VFR position)

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating

• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
