Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring Helicopter Pilots for IFR operations to support Med-Trans patient transport services. We offer a comprehensive package with a starting salary range and performance bonuses, plus geographic modifiers based on location.

As part of a safety‑driven team, you will ensure aircraft readiness, maintain regulatory documentation, and collaborate with dispatch and flight crews to execute critical missions across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).
• 200 Instrument Hours (Actual/Hood/SIM) 50 Hours Actual WX in Aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch as described in manuals, including FARs and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for Med-Trans change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Pilot Incentives

• Starting Salary Range: $88,759- $97,635
• Up to 30% geographic modifier, depending on location
