Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Vetting Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support for vetting requests from federal agencies. You will research subject information, analyze case data and prepare reports or response codes for delivery to the requesting agency.

The ideal candidate has an active TS clearance, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to navigate various records systems; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three or more years of hands‑on administrative, analytical, and research experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer/navigation skills.
• Ability to use multiple records systems and computer applications.

As a Vetting Analyst you will provide the full range of administrative and analytical services to assist our customers in processing vetting requests received from federal agencies. Vetting requests require research of the subject’s personal information, analysis of case information, and preparation of relevant information within reports and/or response codes sent back to the requesting agency. • Review each case and PII associated with vetting requests. Communicate verbally and through written correspondence with various client divisions to aid in the research and verification of records.
• Access, search and review multiple classified and unclassified systems.
• Develop written summaries and reports. Redact information from reports as required by applicable laws, policies, regulations, and court orders.
• Complete and submit vetting reports for quality review.
• Attend trainings, meetings and conduct required administrative tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or three (3) or more years of hands–on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research.
• Be capable of utilizing a variety of records systems and computer applications. Possess basic computer knowledge and system / website navigation capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
