Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Veterinary Technician in Arizona.
• Experience training veterinary staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop training programs for Front Office, Technicians, Technician Assistants, Doctor's Assistants, Kennel Assistants and Lab Techs.
• Direct staff coaching, onboarding, and staff development aligned with AVECCC goals.
• Create and manage training budgets and partner with Leadership to support practice standards.
