Job summary

Animal Medical Center of Greeneville is seeking experienced veterinary staff to join our four-doctor small animal practice. The ideal candidate has a Licensed Veterinary Technician license and 1–2 years of clinical experience, with surgical, dental, and diagnostic skills.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with IDEXX machines, ultrasound, radiography, and other techniques. The role includes blood draws, catheter placement, and thorough documentation as part of compassionate, high-quality

Qualifications

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician with 1–2 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of animal restraint and disease processes.
  • Surgical and dental skills with experience.
  • Vital monitoring experience.
  • Experience with IDEXX machines and tests.
  • Proficiency in blood draws and catheter placement.
  • Experience in ultrasound, radiography, dental radiography and placement.
  • Experience obtaining patient histories.
  • Experience administering oral, topical, and injectable medications.
  • Knowledge of medications and purposes.
  • Ability to adapt to different needs of doctors/patients.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Avimark software experience is a bonus.
