Cleveland Park Animal Hospital Greer is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our close-knit, two-doctor practice in Greer, SC. We emphasize Fear Free medicine and a collaborative team, with flexible scheduling to support staff and patients.

You will assist with patient care, anesthesia, diagnostics, and client communication while growing professionally in a supportive hospital culture. This full-time role includes bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred.
• Confidence in blood draws and IV placement, anesthesia monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care, surgical procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Support DVMs during appointments, exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Perform tasks including drawing blood, catheter placement, radiographs, and EKGs.
• Communicate treatment plans, patient updates, and discharge instructions to clients.
• Collaborate with team to promote hospital efficiency and workflow.
• Embrace mentorship, growth, and ongoing skill development in a supportive environment.

Veterinary Technician

Location: Greer, SC

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon-Fri 4x10 or 5x8 1-2 weekends starting in JUNE

With a strong focus on practicing Fear Free medicine, collaborative teamwork, and flexible scheduling, we’re committed to creating a positive experience for pets, clients, and staff alike.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in patient care, surgical procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and diagnostics
• Support our DVMs during appointments, exams, treatments, and procedures
• Perform hands‑on tasks including drawing blood, catheter placement, and injections, take radiographs and performs EKGs.
• Communicate clearly with clients on treatment plans, patient updates, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with all team members to promote hospital efficiency and workflow
• Embrace mentorship, growth, and ongoing skill development in a structured, supportive environment

What Were Looking For

• An experienced Veterinary Technician with 1-2 years in practice. (Licensed Veterinary Technicians preferred)
• You have confidence in blood draws, IV placement, anesthesia monitoring and surgical support.
