* Must be able to work weekends and dayshift, with occasional swing shifts as needed.

Veterinary Technician Supervisor Pay: $30.22 - $47.30/hour

This pay range is a starting point, dependent on experience and progression through Kahuna leveling system.

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible night and weekend hours:

• Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency within your department and maintain relevant skills and knowledge.
• Spend approximately 75% of your time on the floor supervising and supporting staff.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with hospital leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Promote ongoing communication, feedback, and process improvements.
• Assist in scheduling, recruiting, and conducting annual reviews of team members.
• Address conflicts and work towards resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
