BluePearl Pet Hospital in Stone Oak, TX is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead the Radiology and Outpatient team with passion and motivation. The role focuses on training, mentoring, and coordinating a skilled group of veterinary professionals to deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level staff by modeling positive work habits and clinical skills.
• Coach team to anticipate patient and client needs and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize technician meetings.
• Organize training schedules for technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and seek resolution with leadership guidance.
• Provide feedback and support performance improvement plans.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor , you will...

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.

• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.

• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution .

• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.

• Other related duties as assigned.
