• Provide direct leadership and mentorship for the CVT/VA team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Build nursing schedules and coverage plans to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead regular one-on-ones and check-ins to foster communication and team cohesion.
