Qualifications

• CVT credential or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience mentoring veterinary staff and interns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for CVT/VA team including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop nursing schedules and coverage plans to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead regular check-ins to improve communication and team cohesion.
• Oversee clinical standards, anesthesia support, and surgical assistance.
• Coach CVTs, VAs, and externs; support specialty certifications.
