VCA Plymouth is seeking a talented Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join us as a Technician Supervisor on a full-time basis. Our AAHA-accredited, 5-doctor, general practice is located in historic Plymouth, MA. • Physical examinations and patient assessments
• Anesthesia monitoring
• Surgical preparation and assistance
• Dentistry

• Compassionate care for hospitalized animals

In the supervisor role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing workflow on the floor
• Supporting the educational development of technicians
• Participating in hiring processes
• Scheduling technicians
• Assisting with staffing and coverage
• Training on protocols and procedures
• Providing hands-on experience opportunities
• Mentoring staff
• Collaborating with doctors to develop service protocols
• Ensuring compliance with VCA policies and standards

Salary Range: $28 - $32/hour depending on experience.
