VCA Animal Care Center of Mt. Juliet is hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician (or LVMT eligible) with a passion for leadership to join our team as Veterinary Technician Supervisor!
About Us
Our 3-doctor practice offers Primary Care, Surgery, and Dentistry. We see dogs and cats and are starting to see exotic pet species as well. We are open Monday through Friday 7am – 6pm, Saturday 7am – 3pm, closed Sunday.

About the Role
As Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of our patient care team, which currently includes six veterinary assistants. You will have the support of our hospital and field leadership teams in this role.
Skills that you will be utilizing (and teaching!) include:
Supervisory duties will include:
Schedule: Generally a 40 hour work week, including some weekend hours. Surgery days are generally Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Compensation: Hourly, based on relevant leadership and technician experience, skills, education, and credentials.
