Sequist Animal Hospital in Morristown, VT, is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team, and guide daily operations. This role combines supervision with hands-on patient care, teaching, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with DVMs and leadership to ensure excellent patient care, strong medical standards, and a positive work culture. 3+ years of tech experience and familiarity with EzyVet/VetSnap are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills in surgery, anesthesia, patient care, and workflow coordination.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances, medical documentation).
• Experience with veterinary software such as EzyVet or VetSnap is a plus.

Responsibilities
