Job summary

Red Hill Animal Health Center is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our AAHA-accredited hospital. This full-time role offers a four-day work week with no weekends, nights, on-call shifts, or holiday hours, providing a strong work-life balance.

You will assist veterinarians, support surgical and dental procedures, and educate clients on care plans while maintaining detailed medical records in a collaborative, caring team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and patient support throughout the hospital.
• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Support surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring.
• Collect diagnostic samples and assist with laboratory testing.
• Administer treatments and medications as directed.
• Educate clients on patient care, treatment plans, and preventive medicine.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional patient and client care.
