Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate in Veterinary Technology with license in VA.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate health records and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for the veterinary care program.
• Perform daily health rounds and monitor animals for illness or distress.
• Maintain animal health records and communicate care recommendations to researchers.
• Assist veterinarians with procedures; participate in anesthesia training and services.
• Manage spaces, pharmacy logs, and equipment; scheduling and maintenance.
• Be part of rotating on-call weekends/holidays as needed and support training sessions.
