BluePearl Pet Hospital in Renton is hiring a Relief Licensed Veterinary Technician for our ER department!

LVT I Pay: $25.60 - $36.80 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through the CareerTrax leveling system.

We offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, with a minimum of 4 hours for shift differentials. Examples include:

1. Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential
2. Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential
3. Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential

We are seeking an exceptional Veterinary Technician who enjoys patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative environment. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVCs and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines, or PICC lines
• Perform advanced radiographs
• Monitor and care for ventilator cases
• Provide Level 2 & 3 inpatient care

Work alongside skilled technicians and assistants to deliver excellent, advanced medicine. Mentoring and training colleagues is encouraged.
