We are seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to join our team and play a key role in providing hands‑on rehabilitation care to our patients. This position supports patients recovering from injury, surgery, and medical conditions through a variety of specialized rehabilitation therapies, including underwater treadmill therapy, acupuncture, e‑stim, therapeutic exercises, and other rehabilitation modalities. The Rehabilitation Technician will work alongside our Rehab doctors and the rehabilitation team to deliver individualized treatment plans and help patients improve their mobility, strength, comfort, and overall quality of life.

The Rehabilitation Technician supports the Rehabilitation Doctors with a variety of therapeutic treatments such as acupuncture, laser, underwater treadmill, etc. They facilitate efficient and consistent care for a variety of patients that have chronic or acute injuries. They collaborate with various specialty departments within the hospital to provide physical therapy to the patients in the hospital.
Minimum Requirements:
At least ONE YEAR of veterinary technician experience is required in a surgical setting or anesthesia focus role
Registered Veterinary Technician, in Colorado, or the ability to become registered upon hire.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask and anticipate the department’s needs.
Excellent communication.
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
