  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging workflow and comfort working with radiology equipment preferred.

Position Overview

This role provides technical and nursing support for patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures within the radiology service. It works closely with radiologists, veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and other hospital departments to ensure safe patient handling, high‑quality image acquisition, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow throughout the imaging process. This individual will thrive in a specialty environment that requires technical skill, adaptability, and strong collaboration across departments.

A typical day may include preparing patients for imaging procedures, assisting with sedation or anesthesia support, positioning patients carefully for diagnostic quality images, operating imaging equipment, supporting radiologists and medical teams, and helping maintain an efficient imaging schedule. Throughout the day, you will play a key role in ensuring images are obtained safely, accurately, and with the attention to detail needed to support excellent case outcomes.
