COVE Animal Health in Portland, Maine is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician for their Ophthalmology department.   • Coordinate daily procedures across all departments.
  • Uphold standards related to safety, infection control, and OSHA protocols.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, maintaining accurate treatment and anesthesia records.

Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position

Some holidays are required

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Compensation

  • Starting at $22-34/hour, commensurate with experience and licensure

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician in our Ophthalmology department, you’ll work closely with specialists and clinicians across departments to deliver accurate, high-quality care.

In this role, you will:
