Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LVT or Veterinary Assistant.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary technical and patient-care skills.
• Experience collecting histories, vitals, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Triaging patients and obtaining medical histories.
• Record vital signs and assessments accurately.
• Restrain patients safely and compassionately.
• Perform venipuncture and sample collection.
• Place IV catheters and support fluid therapy.
• Monitor anesthesia and patient vital signs during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and charts.
• Ensure infection-control and hospital protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and team members.
