BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Manager with passion and leadership skills to motivate, engage, and train veterinary professionals.

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00/hour

Note: This pay range is a starting point, dependent on experience and progression through our leveling system.

We offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, based on a 4-hour minimum:

• Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential

As a Veterinary Technician Manager, you will:

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician or Advanced Patient Care Associate.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure standards of care are understood and maintained.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to technicians and assistants.
• Identify and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Coach staff to foster high performance and productivity.
• Communicate effectively regarding protocols, policies, and changes.
• Promote teamwork across hospital and administration.
• Implement process improvements.
• Coordinate ongoing training with the Technician Training Manager.
• Manage performance issues and assist in staff reviews and discipline recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
